Morning prayer and breakfast
Vocational trade labor
Family dining table
Nightly house accountability
Men spend weekdays working alongside local trade employers, learning practical carpentry and landscaping skills while earning steady wages toward independent financial stability.
Evenings center on a communal meal prepared on rotation, fostering open conversation and genuine mutual support over honest home-cooked food.
Residents gather at dawn around the shared kitchen table for scripture reading, personal reflection, and a hearty family-style breakfast before departing for neighborhood work sites.
Before evening rest, the brotherhood gathers for guided check-ins and step meetings to review sobriety goals, process daily friction, and pray together.
Peer stewardship
Walking alongside every newcomer
No man walks the grounds alone during his first ninety days. Senior residents who have walked the same path serve as personal sponsors, guiding new arrivals through daily chores and vocational expectations.
This shared responsibility builds deep mutual trust while reinforcing recovery habits. Living together as mentors and peers replaces isolation with grounded, enduring personal renewal.
We maintain eight resident beds to protect household brotherhood and individual pastoral attention. Inquire today about current openings or schedule an on-site visit.
