To maximize program efficiency, New Day Community Ministries partners with certified local housing providers, including Creative Sober Living, which is under shared leadership with the ministry. All vendor payments are strictly capped at standard fair-market rental rates, and 100% of scholarship distributions are vetted by an independent board to ensure direct resident benefit."
